About us
Markland Group is the Czech subsidiary of a Dublin-based property investment and development company Markland Holdings Limited. The company has operated in the Commercial Property Market for over 20 years. We have built a wide-ranging portfolio across contemporary office buildings, retail spaces, development land, and also extended our business by Central European investments.
Markland entered the Czech property market in 2004. The company's Czech portfolio currently
includes four projects. Our primary activity focuses on the development of existing commercial
properties.
Our business strategy in the Czech Republic is based on a dynamic approach and cooperation with
local partners, in combination with our long experience in real-estate investment in Ireland and the
UK.
