Markland

The Kotva department store is located in a prominent locality on namesti Republiky. Kotva, built in 1975, was one of the first department stores in the Czech Republic, and it has still kept its privileged position among Prague´s shopping destinations.

Kotva offers five floors of retail space plus a double basement which is currently leased by a supermarket chain Ahold. Further five underground floors can accommodate 400 cars. Gross leasable area reaches 50,000 m2.

The space in the department store is currently leased by approximately 120 tenants.

The buildings are located in The Old Town area at the corner of namesti Republiky and Revolucni street. The object was built in 1930´s and is adjacent to the Kotva department store.

A facade reconstruction of Revolucni 1/3 objects was carried out in 2007.

The ground floors provide 5,700 m2 of retail space and further 7800 m2 of office space on eight floors above.

Markland Holdings´ Czech office is based in Revoluční 1.

Klimacentrum is an administrative office block situated in Pocernicka street 96, Prague 10. It is very well accessible by public transport an directly connected to northern and southern motorway.

The complex comprises of six buildings and BILLA Supermarket. The current leasable area is 12,000 m2. There is plan to extend this area within Klimacentrum in future.
